The Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) Off Premise training is a safe seller training that is for anyone that works in a liquor store.
Participants will learn:
- How to prevent the sale of alcohol to anyone under 21
- How to recognize intoxicated customers
- How to prepare for compliance checks
- How to refuse customers with confidence
