This training will provide the participants with the foundational principles of effective postvention as well as the steps to establishing and training your own postvention team. Learn how to:
• Facilitate the healing of individuals from grief and distress
• Mitigate other negative effects of exposure
• Prevent suicide or critical incidents among people who are at high risk after exposure
