Communicating for Community

This half-day workshop will focus on communicating to build community.  How do we use our words to build community through a trauma-informed and equitable lens.  We will explore the ways we use language that cause disconnection and move to learning the tools we need to use language to connect.  Through the use of videos, group discussion, games, and activities, we will find new ways to support the building of strong communities.
